Founding Partner, Managing Partner
Igal Kasavi, founder and managing partner of Kasavi Advisory, is a Mergers & Acquisitions consultant specializing in the Financial Industry in Switzerland and abroad. As a graduate of the University in Geneva with a Masters in Economics & Finance, he first worked for two decades as a private banker in various leading financial Institutions such as HSBC, Julius Baer, and esteemed financial advisory firms in Switzerland. His combination of long and extensive experience in the Private Banking industry and current projects in M&A activities allows him to use a comprehensive and holistic approach regarding each client’s needs while taking into account current and future trends in the Wealth Management/Asset Management industry, regulatory shifts, and economic arena navigation. Currently, he uses his extensive financial industry knowledge to support External Asset Managers and private banks with intricate and strategic M&A mandates.
Louis Droz
M&A Analyst
Louis Droz, an M&A Analyst at Kasavi Advisory, combines his Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from EHL with a Master of Science in Corporate Finance and Data-Science from HEC Lausanne, Louis has demonstrated exceptional academic excellence, particularly in his thesis on machine learning applications in credit risk modelling. His professional journey at Lombard Odier and Credit Suisse, where he specialized in fixed income, has equipped him with deep insights into market dynamics and risk assessment strategies. This experience, combined with his progress through the CFA program (Level 3 candidate), uniquely positions Louis to contribute significantly to the complex and nuanced demands of M&A projects at Kasavi Advisory. His strong financial training and practical investment experience equip him to strategically and analytically tackle the challenges and opportunities in mergers and acquisitions.

Emilie Magnien, currently pursuing a Master's in Corporate Finance at HEC Lausanne, brings a blend of academic rigor and practical experience to Kasavi Advisory as an M&A Intern. With a Bachelor in Management from HEC Lausanne, Emilie has honed her skills in financial analysis, risk management, and company valuation.
